Multi-Steam Technology – three times better crease removal
Investing in a steam generator iron is important because ironing is not just about removing creases. It’s about removing creases in the least amount of time, using the least amount of effort, while getting the best possible results.
Hoover irons do exactly this. With advanced Multi-Steam Technology, you have unique fingertip control over the steam’s pressure, direction and humidity, so you can care for your garments while getting crease-free results.
If you’re ironing delicate fabrics, such as silk or cashmere, switch to Diffuse Caresse and you’ll get a soft and gentle lateral steam flow to brush creases away gently. For everyday ironing, including linen, denim and cotton, switch to Profound Care and you’ll get a powerful vertical steam flow to penetrate the deepest creases. Finally, for difficult areas, such as around buttons and sleeves, switch to Precise Power to get a concentrated steam flow pushed forward from the tip of the iron.
As well as three types of steam, Hoover ironing systems have a steam emission rating of 100g/min at a pressure of 4.5 bar. This means you get lots of highly pressurised steam, making ironing even difficult creases easy.
Superb results with Freeslide ceramic soleplate
For ironing to be easy, you need more than a steam generator iron – you also need a good soleplate because this is the interface between your iron and your clothes.
The Freeslide soleplate is premium quality, carefully designed and made from ceramic. This ensures it’s easy to clean, scratch resistant and slides across the fabric with ease. In particular, the soleplate has a large surface area for maximum coverage and rapid drying, and carefully positioned steam holes to relax the fabric in all the right places. In all, the Freeslide soleplate makes ironing easier and quicker.

As well as the Multi-Steam Technology and Freeslide ceramic soleplate helping to slice your ironing time, the Hoover steam generator irons have many timesaving features. Unlike some steam generator irons, the Hoover irons heat up in just two minutes, which is must when you’re in a rush. It also offers continuous refill, so there’s no waiting around for the iron to cool down before you can top it up with water. Simply top up as and when you need to. Finally, a large one litre tank capacity means you won’t have to refill the water tank so often.
If that wasn't enough, Hoover ironing systems also come with a range of features for your convenience, including a steam ready and water shortage LED and a lock system to lock the iron to the base for safety when carrying.
Optimum performance and durability
Hoover ironing systems provide the professional ironing results you’d expect from a steam generator iron while being low maintenance and extremely durable. It comes with anti-scale and anti-calc protection to prolong the iron’s life, and has a stainless steel boiler to avoid calc deposit, which can drastically affect performance. The heating element is also sealed externally to the boiler to improve efficiency and enable scale cleaning when needed. This is important if you live in a hard water area and want to ensure many years of hassle-free ironing.
