Returns Policy for Online Purchases

We hope you will be delighted with your Hoover product purchased online at, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return your product. Please find below details of our returns policy.

  1. You may return your product within 14 days by logging onto your account and selecting the returns option shown next to your order. If you cannot request a return via the website and your order was delayed or failed to arrive on your chosen delivery date, please contact customer support on 01204 556100. Failed or delayed delivery do not affect your statutory rights.
  2. If you would like to cancel your prior to delivery, please contact our customer order department on 01685 725572.
  3. PREMIUM DELIVERY: If you have selected our premium delivery service, we are unable to refund any premium delivery charge should you wish to return your order.
  4. Upon receipt of your request we will contact you with details of how to return your product.
  5. Upon receipt of returned products all items must be unused & in good condition. If products are not unused & in good condition, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  6. RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS, Multi buys or other promotions: If you return items bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example buy one get one free or get the second one discounted, or other) then subject to this clause and other relevant provisions of the terms and conditions;
    • If you return any full price item you will be eligible for a refund which shall be calculated taking into account the full price item but also a charge for the full value of the second item supplied at discount. Therefore any full price item refund paid to you shall be reduced by the value of the discount applied to the second discounted item.
    • If you return all items purchased as a multi-buy discount offer, you will be eligible for a refund of the full multi-buy value paid.
    • If you return the second discounted item you will be eligible for a refund of the discounted value paid for the item.
  7. Upon receipt of the product we will check the content to ensure all parts have been returned and if so, we will authorise a credit to the account used to make the purchase. We aim to credit your account within 10 days of the product return.
  8. Where a part is missing we will contact you and advise of the charge for any missing element. We will then credit your account minus the charge.
  9. You may return the missing part however the cost of postage will be at your expense.
  10. If the product has been misused or not assembled in accordance with the operating guide we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  11. After 14 days from delivery your product is covered by a minimum guarantee of 1 year from the date of delivery. Please go to to register your details or phone Customer Support on 01204 556100.
